The Training Program
An intensive 60-hour preparatory course followed by a 21-day polar sailing expedition in Antarctica.
Phase 1
Academic & Leadership Preparation (60h)
Students receive training from polar scientists, climate experts, and leadership coaches on the Antarctic Treaty, marine ecology, survival protocols, and scientific communication.
Phase 2
The Expedition (21 Days)
Navigating the Drake Passage to the South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula, conducting field work, scientific station visits, and environmental research.
